So, my problem is that on Sunday I had channel 52 TV Land playing on my main Comcast box and my adapter in my room. On Monday I called Comast to see if I could lower my bill. The customer service rep asked what channels do I NOT want to lose and of course I said TVLand, Bravo and a few others. Keep in mind these two channels worked on my room using the adapter on Sunday. When I agreed to change my package to save $15 whopping dollars a month, I got home and guess what, TVLand no longer works in my room using the Adaptor, states Channel is not authorized. I called Comcast and they said "you are authorized under your package to get that channel do you have in on your main TV" I said "Yes". They tried refresh about 3 times, I unplugged and plugged back in, refresh again still no TVLand in my room. Finally Comcast tech service says "maybe there is something wrong with the adapter". Now how can it ONLY be that channel and ONLY after I made a package change. This is crazy. I will be going to Comcast tomorrow to exchange the adapter but if that is not the issue I will be EXTREMELY unhappy!

I have been a Comast Customer for about 20 years and it's always the "new customers" that receive the best rate of them all. It's like they bait you in and you have no choice.
I pay more for cable than I do for electricity and heat put together and I don't have any premium channels.
