The XG1v4-A comes preprogrammed for best available 4K UHD 2160p60 output video resolution. Older systems may not recognize the resolution and the systems signal will be dropped. I my case after the get the welcome screen the signal would drop and I couldn’t complete the setup. This is how I cured the problem connecting to my pioneer receiver which was about 8 years old. First connect your XG1v4-4 system directly to your tv and complete the Comcast setup. After this is done: Click the A button on the remote then scroll to the Access settings window and click Scroll down to Device settings and click Scroll down to Video Display and click Select the the desired video output resolution. I used the 16:9, 1080i HD and that worked for me. Only after making the change I was able to connect the XG1v4-A via the HDMI connection to my home system and it worked. Hope this helps someone.
