I have been dealing with Xfinity's theft since January. I have called several times about a refund for charges that I have incurred on a cell phone everyone agrees has never been activated. I was told that if I provided my new card I could have all the money refunded to that card. Today I was told I cannot and I have to get with my bank for the money they took without providing any services. I have spoke today to a Stevie and a Kim in Washington who told me in no uncertain terms that I need to deal with my bank and that there is nothing else they could do for me (as they continue to charge me for a phone I don't have and services I am not receiving). When I asked her for her supervisor's number she told me to contact Corporate Escaltions. When I asked her phone the number she she look it up yourself and disconnected the phone. Who can help me get my money back from Xfinity?
