My xfinity was working great until just recently. Just the other day I noticed some channels not coming in to clearly, now they won’t come in at all. Even basic channels such as 7. Also, My WiFi is terribly slow. Hardly can watch YouTube videos without it constantly buffering. When I call I get absolutely no help, I’m told my router must be in a bad location. It’s not. It’s on a table right next to my entertainment center in an open area. It’s so slow I have to turn on my mobile data just to open “My Account” xfinity app.
