I am having the same issue, started in sept 2018, xfinity tv app not showing all recorded shows
Please call comcast or start a chat at https://support.xfinity.com/chat?t=xfinityapps more people needs to report this issue, and tell them to open a ticket
the cloud DVR only has the last 60 hours recroded. The home DVR is limited to space on the hard drive.
My cloud DVR only has about 10 hours on it, and the shows that are missing were from 2 days ago, so even if there was 60 hours on it those would have been among the newest so would not have been dropped anyway.
