I am located 1:20 minutes from Chicago and 25 minutes from Rockford IL. Apparently while I was at work there was an outage. I have the digital starter package. Normally I would get the Rockford lineup but it was somehow switched to the Chicago lineup. Now I get very few channels and I don't even get local or their HD equivalents. I talked to a few people at xfinity and there is NOTHING they can do to switch it back! Who in their infinite wisdom decided the Tecnical people and the support system can do nothing to fix this situation??? This is the CORPORATE support staff and technical staff!! I can't even get access to give feedback! This company has lost a loyal customer. DirectTv will get my business from now on. WTG xfinity!!
