We recently switched to Comcast internet service, and decided to add the option for streaming TV. Once we had the internet set up, we connected the TV and downloaded the Xfinity Stream Beta app. For the first couple days the app worked without a hitch and we could watch TV. After that, we've had issues and haven't been able to watch TV at all.
We'll either get errors (TVAPP-00200, then after 'Try Again', TVAPP-00206) when selecting a show to watch, or the app won't load at all.
I've verified that our TV is one of the supported models - Samsung Smart TV, Model NU7100, Software version T-KTM2LAKUC 1152.7 (found in this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activating-xfinity-stream-samsung).
Any other thoughts on what to try, or why it's not working?
