Hello. Im now up to 4 attempts at opening a new account with Xfinity mobile. 11 CS reps have now dumped me on other CS reps and have failed to give me any answer. I have not recieved a single email other than the "order recieved, now processing" and its been over 3 days. Again this is 4 times in over a month and my orders keep getting deleted with no communication what-so-ever. Why is it so hard to get an answer and why has it been so difficult to give a company my business?
