I just recently moved and my service was installed about a week ago. I have a Samsung smart TV (MU6290) and I downloaded the Stream beta app so I can avoid putting a cable box in my room. However, when I go to activate the device using the code that is given to me, the app loads a welcome message and says "This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity network. Use the app on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to watch on the go, any time you like"
I'm pretty stumped here. My tv is already connected to my in-home network. I connected it when the installer was finished. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
