I recently lost many channels because I was tricked into a new package that was supposed to speed up my internet nothing more I was told I wouldn't lose any channels so I agreed my previous package included every channel which is what I want it's what I always had my son still has it and so does my sister when I called and told them they bait and switched me and I was going to contact a lawyer since bait and switch is illegal I was told I can get those channels back if I paid for them ala carte I need to know what is going on why is it I can "pay" for the channels but I can't get my old package back? Someone at Comcast needs to put the customer first nothing but lies are happening here why can't we have the channels we want this is 2018 is it so hard to offer only channels that we want instead of these packages with all of these unnecessary channels? I am so angry over this I am exploring other options enough is enough.

Comcast employees are baiting and switching the loyal customers they talked me into a newer package so I could get faster internet I was told I wouldn't lose any channels just faster internet but I did lose channels ID is one of them I called more than 10 times to get this resolved but nobody will help me they lied about the package I thought it was just a few channels I lost but there are more lots more I'm not going to stop fighting about this until they give me my channels back bait and switch is illegal but they seem to think they are untouchable if you are a customer who isn't satisfied you need to keep calling and complaining they make enough money off of us they need to provide what the customer wants.
