I can't talk with a person because of the Covid-19 situation. I tried to do an online chat to ask why my invoice went up this month. This is all I could get out of the chat -
" Your total regular monthly charge is $28.95 higher this month. How else can I help with your bill?"
Another question -
I don't keep close track of my account, I go online and pay it but this month I looked closer at the invoice. I see there is a $5.00 fee for equipment. We have one box and if I remember way back when, the first box was not a chargable item. When did that change?
I see another Roku box may be coming my way.
