I hd an iphone 6s+ when i first moved to Xfinity, the voicemail notification or visual never worked, multiple times calling they said the phone wasn’t setup properly when BYOD. Now I just got a brand new XR from Xfinity, still same issue, called again and they were helpless. I know others had similar issues and i tried resetting everything to be reset (network, and reset to factory) and the problem persist. I canncall in and listen to my voicemail, but when i have voicemail i can never know due to ansence of any form of notification.
