I spoke to a rep yesterday because I was trying to do this remotely and didn’t see the feature. They stated the feature is under maintenance which wasn’t the truth after I found the facts about TiVo. Also I requested a formal email explaining to me that feature was removed without notification and after I subscribed to xfinity. This is ridiculous that they didn’t tell us. I had this feature with with Verizon Fios. Unfortunately Fios isn’t here where I’m located. But I support the refund for them removing the feature. The app is a waste now.
