Need some help as one of our devices continues to tell us it's on sleep or paused. I've reset modem, reset ipad, etc. nothing. Please help.

If you experience a problem with Pause/UnPause or Bedtime Mode, please continue to report your issues in the xFi Forum. In most instances, once we confirm the details about your xFi Gateway and the device(s) experiencing the issue, we can get it resolved quickly.
