Have been a long time Comcast member, 20 years, and over the last 2 years the service have not been good. Most recently, my service was out for a week. The worst part about it was there was 0 proactive communiaction from Comcast and everyday I was told "tomorrow it'll be fixed" and "I call to follow-up". Of course those things never happenedand I had to keep wasting my time by calling everyday. This was even after a tech came out, which I had to be home for, and told me it was an Engineering issue. My final call I was issued the minimim credit, by the billing dept, and then told to call in to another number and they could help me "make things right". Well, that phone call was a rep trying to sell me on other things (security and mobile) and letting me know the best they could do was a $10 increase to my current bill and put me back into a 2 year contract! To me this is not making it right, so thought I'd give one final post to see if anyone at Comcast will actually make this right and help. If not, going to have to leave Comcast and will let friends and family know of my poor experience with them.
