Already had one technician out last Friday, another coming tomorrow. Like most, I play online games and I’m having upload packet loss problems anywhere from 7% - 70%. I’ve done everything on my end to fix it, swapping Ethernet cables, installing a new network card and they’ve trouble shooted my modem multiple times to no avail. Yesterday I downloaded ping plotter and it’s showing high levels of packet loss on the Comcast servers I’m pinging through, is this fixable? At this point I feel like it’d be an easier task to swap companies. Xfinity customer support is a joke and the technician I saw Friday was no help. Hoping for better results tomorrow but if not might be giving AT&T a call.
