Had an issue Aug 8, 2018 where McAfee issued a change on their end. This caused my wifes iPad and iPhone to get blocked by McAfee's "Secure Home Internet Service" software imbeded on my Arris SB7580 modem/router. I own this modem/router. All web requests redirected to "blockpg.prod1.shp.mcafee.com on both devices. All other devices on my network were fine. This wasn't anthing Comcast did or code pushed to my device. The fix was to call Arris 877 466 8646 tech support. Here is what you need to do to resovle this issue.
1 get the model number and serial number from your modem/router
2 Login to the router and backup the configuration file to a PC (if you don't do this you will need to manually confugure the router).
3 call Arris for support 877 466 8646
4 Need to reset the router to factory defaults using a paper clip (hold for 20 seconds)
5 get the factory default SSID and Password off the device and connect your PC to the WIFI
6 Login to the router with the default userid=admin and password=password
7 restor your backed up configuration
