Ok, seriously, I am so tired of the run-around and nobody understanding what the heck I want!? How is it possible that there's not a basic request for serviceability that I can just get a cost for getting service in my area?
I have an entire housing community that is BEGGING for service and I keep getting transfered all over the place. My latest go around was someone in India who transfered me stateside to Jennifer in Repair, who transfered me to Nicole in Residential, who then transfered me to Betty in Business who was very confused and transfered me back to Residential where I spoke with Marissa.
Now Marissa made me feel confident that something would be done because she at least sounded like she knew what she was doing. She said she put in an order for a "Cost to Exceed" and provided a reference number 047417154 and said they should have someone out by 9/19 and I should hear from someone and have a letter detailing the cost of having service put out here no later than 9/24. And now it's 10/2.
And no letter, no call, no nothin! Come ON!
I've tried calling again but everyone I talk to is confused and keeps trying to talk to me about exceeding my data cap. Can ANYONE look up my reference number and tell me what is going on?!
