We are having some trouble connecting to My Account. I try to log in on several laptops. At work and at home. Have tried the app on my phone. I do not understand why xfinity has so much trouble with logins for so many people. I have tried calling and the woman had no idea what she was doing and kept telling me she so no issue with my account. But obviously that is not true. Need some assistance with the: "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account" issue. Thanks.
