I’ve been on the phone with Comcast 3x today. I use the xFi app to pause my sons iPad and laptop at night. As of two days ago (Wednesday) I cannot unpause my sons laptop and iPad. It says they are unpaused but in fact they are not. He cannot access the internet to do homework. I need this resolved ASAP. I was supposed to get a call from tier 3 and once again, a let down. I pay way to much money per month for service to be this shotty. Thanks.
