My 12 month plan expired and the monthly rate more than doubled, but new customers get the same plan I'm on for $10 less than I'm I was paying. Phone reps only offered promotional pricing that would still be nearly double my current rate. I've been a customer for well over a decade and I've already cancelled my service over this, but it hasn't been disconnected yet and and still haven't received my confirmation email either.
Is there really no other solution than to disconnect or pay $50 for basic internet service?
