For the last 2 months, I have been trying to switch a line from Walmart Family Mobile to Xfinity with no success. I already have one line with Xfinity and I'm trying to BYOD. I have unlocked iPhone 6S +. Today, at the Xifinity store, the rep tried his best to help and made few phone calls and they open a support ticket. I don't have the time to keep going to the store. Can't xfinity just send me a sim card? or do the process over the phone. I know my phone works with Xfinity (I tried the sim from the other line and it worked). Thanks
