I'm having the same problem, Comcast email won't update in Outlook 365. Outlook hangs at "preparing to send/receive" but no accounts show up in the progress window. As with others, this just started happening one day ago. I've tried all of the recommended suggestions including updating my email settings in Outlook. Earthlink webmail DOES update, it's just Comcast that's not working. Has anyone found a solution yet? Thanks.
