I officially moved to a new address and cancelled my account for a new one.
They said it would be the same info to log in just the account number would change.
My new log in is on my app and i tried to see to access the billing information but it's saying that i'm not the
primary user. Then when i try ro log in online it's a never ending loading page.
Why can't I access it? and what happened to my balance on the last account,
I have no way of knowing where i am billing wise.
