As to how to debug it, I would use this sequence,
2. Set the band to narrow band (default is wide band)
3. Scan the used frequencies around you, find a clean channel, and restart modem/router
FWIW an AFAIK, these 2 functions can no longer be changed by the end user.
Then I would call for support - they may work with you online. If on site, tell them that they should plan to be there for a long time .... or come back each next iteration (day?)
