Wow.....xfinity. This is nonsense and illogical! I was thinking of going to XM, but after this mans nightmare, there is no way. <Edited for violating forum guidelines> It has deterred me from transferring service and it will others as the last anyone wants is to spend hours on the phone or go into a store for your mess that noone is educated in fixing.
