I am in the same boat. My kids told me that they can no longer watch Disney or the Cartoon Network. I had also heard that BTN was being dropped in my area. It is strange becuse my bill did not refelect loss of services. So I phoned Xfinity and they informed me that I could sign up for new service for price "X". I asked the gentleman on the phone if I was to sign up for this new deal that Xfinity would not just drop all channels. He said there was no way to know that. I asked him why I would sign up for something that, according to him might not be there 3 months from then. He put me on hold and then told me to call a deparment that was currently not open.
