I did some research and appearently this is being caused by Adobe Flash not being able to properly verify itself on Comcast's site. As stated by the Comcast employee above, clearing web cache could help and reinstalling adobe could help. This is a security error largely generated by Comcast adding backend security for marketing purposes. From my standpoint, if clearing your web cache doesn't fix it and reinstalling Flash doesn't fix it, then you probably have better then average security on your system. It's basically telling you "This doesn't work because your secure".
Kind of a horrible position. This is on Comcast to move away from Flash to bolster the security of their customers.
