I purchase a weeks pass for wifi on demand and every single week I have issues with the service. Everytime I call to fix/complain I get someone on the phone who is usually polite but unhelpful.
today i called after battling to reconnect, with the web page telling me i had to purchase a new pass even though mine didnt expire until Sunday evening. when i asked to speak to a supervisor, not only was I put on hold, but I was disconnected.
I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, so I know what its like dealing with irrate customers, but this is why we're irrate. Customer service rule #1 customer is always right, if the wish to speak to supervisor DO NOT hang up on them.
Please fix how your telephone agents handle customer complaints.
