I am very upset about this as well. Now I'm confused a little. When I called Comcast they stated that. They did some research and find out that a lot of people don't watch the ID channel. Within the same breath the Comcast representative said that a lot of people have been complaining about not having it. I believe that if I pay for something then I want what I want!!! I have always had the ID channel. Now Comcast needs to renew their contract with the ID channel or lose customers because I am about to move on from Comcast to another company.
