It is definitely an abuse. I saw some people received a communication, we did not. And of course they did not shared that when they signed me up for 2 years a couple of months ago. Yesterday I reached out to "Customer Service" (like they would have one), and the guy even said..."I have good news for you!!!!...you can upgrade for $100 and have those channels". Can you believe that!!! They treat customers like they are stupid. I am looking forward to move and go to Fios.I wonder how they can sleep at night, no business ethic at all.
