I've had this same problem 3 times now....I've uninstalled and reinstalled Norton...Message comes up "Your Subscription has been cancelled"?!! I've called Comcast and they were of no help :-(
I'm not sure why I keep getting this alert. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it works for a few days, but it eventually says that my subscription has been canceled. Can you assist with this?
