Yes this was my issue as well. Interestingly enough I clicked the link to contact Comcast instead of the other 2 and it took me, eventually, to a page that guides through a new install. I followed that process until it gave the new pin, copied it, then pasted it to the webpage at the end of the installation when it asked. This reactivated Norton and it seems to be working fine now. Not sure if that’s clear, but hope it helps!
