I sign up the internet service via retail store at Lynnwood, WA. At the time, rep gave me three option, 1) Credit check with SSN, 2) $100 deposit without credit check, 3) $50 prepay with Auto Pay setup without deposit without credit check.
I choose option 3 and paid $50 prepay on the day that I sign up the service. My service just started this Wednesday and I am seeing $100 deposit charge in my billing.
I try to resolve this issue through chatting yesterday, but the chat rep keep insisting that deposit must be made, and it can not be undone.
So, I went to retail store and raised the issue, and retail rep is telling me that my $50 prepay will be applied next billing after this month's charge is confirmed.
As of right now, my bill is $100 because of the deposit that was not suppose to be there.
Am I enrolled in EZ Enroll? I do not want any deposit. I made my $50 prepay with Auto payment setup as requested, yet I see $100 deposit charged to my account. Can this be fixed?
