I'm having the same experience on my Macbook and Mac minis.
*I've tried multiple browsers, all of which are up-to-date (chrome, firefox, safari)
*I've cleared browser cache and cookies
*works on my mobile phone using the xfinity stream iOS app, but not on my actual desktop/laptop computers
*ensured there are no blocked plugins/extension affecting this in each browser used
*ran speed test and clock at about 80 mbps
Turning "Play Best Available" to OFF is a great workaround, but definitely not a solution to the root problem.
There are a large portion of HD channels that just continue to error out with: (Error TVAPP-00206), but other HD channels will stream just fine.
Hoping Comcast figures this one out as well. Frustrating!
