We had a real alarm triggered but Central monitoring did not follow up. They left a message on the first number. Did not call the 2nd number and did not talk to us to confirm or cancel the alarm. Luckily, it was the pool man and we turned off the alarm but after 2 minutes of it going off. Police never came and no one called back to see if we needed help. We could have been killed if it was truly an intruder. Poor service and I'm not confident in future protection by Xfinity.
