I tried to change my plan online a few weeks ago, and I was unable to. I called the number provided in the error message, and I was able to upgrade my plan on a Sunday. Today, a Sunday, I am still unable to change my plan online.. and now cannot reach anyone via the customer service number provided. It should not be this difficult to change my plan, and if your customers are unable to “manage account” online, then it shouldn’t be an option. If your customer service is unavailable to help, then why waste additional time having me call? Frustrating to say the least..
