This week, Comcast installed a new modem. The new modem defaulted to giving me call waiting & all the other phone features. I don't WANT call waiting! After several calls to tech, they said its 'taken off,' but when I test it, it is still coming through. I have done *70, #43, etc. nothing works, not for a single call or permanently. I want this permanently taken off. And they can't seem to do it for me. HELP.
