I'm hoping an xfinity employee will see this and help me. I have tried twice to get two of the new XR15 remotes. Both times I have told the rep that those are the ones I specifically want and both times I have been told that that is what I would get. Instead I got the older voice remote. The first time I sent the remotes back and was able to get a refund for shipping. The second time I just threw my hands up and kept the old remote. I have two boxes that would qualify me for the new remote. Can someone please help me out here?
