Why am I always getting this message. Something is not quite right. I thought it was the box so I went and got a new one and a few weeks with this new one and again I'm getting this message and I unplug and replug everything and nothing happened. I had to call and a reset was sent. It's such an inconvience. Xfinity you have to figure this out. We pay way to much for cable for these sort of things to be going on. Maybe it's time to switch to dish.
