I don’t owe any dues but still deactivated my line . I already reached all the customer service options more than 20 times and I verified myself.Still I got a PM from the Xfinity representative to reach out to their security team. I had talked to that team alone 4 times. I think comcast representatives are useless. Because of security measures they temporarily deactivated my line but even after verifying my identity more than 20 times with all the teams still the service is not activated back. My Xfinity mobile got deactivated without any reason and notification. One sudden afternoon my phone stopped working and not able to make/receive calls. I spoke to 7 different people on Xfinity mobile customer service in 24 hours and no one able to resolve the issue. I asked for the information to escalate this issue and the Xfinity mobile customer service team gave me review team number (844-335-8719). When I called them review team told that they don't handle Xfinity Mobile issues and in turn they are giving the Xfinity mobile customer service team number to check. It is going in loops and not ending at all. Customer service team is poorly trained and they are not able to provide proper solution/escalations. Its been more than 36 hours since my mobile got deactivated and don't know what to do with it. Even to port the number to another carrier I need to get the account information which I am not able to do. Really terrible and ridiculous customer service Xfinity mobile has.
