When I am in the "Advanced Call Forwarding" section, none of the numbers show. I tried to enter my home number and got an error message with red type, stating that I can't add my home number.
This is correct, you must include your home phone number. Don't try to get help from Comcast, its just a huge waste of time. They know very little about there own product and give bogus and incorrect information. Today I got a call from a Comcast tech trying to help out. She claimed I didn't have call forwarding set up and told me how to do in using the phone. OMG how does this company stay in business?
Anyway here are my settings. They work. And I am using the Xfinity digital phone service.
