Hi. I saw your post and wondered what you ended up doing. I have been having the EXACT same problem. I have gotten new modem/router, changed passwords, increased my firewall and in 4 days my day has increased 100G. We don’t game. I work 10hrs a day, my parents are 70 and basically watch old cable shows and play scrabble or listen to Pandora when mom is cooking so the fact that we hemorrhaging data doesn’t make sense. Can you tell me if or what you did to resolve it and how you got a tech to come out and run a diagnostic? ANY help you can give me would be so helpful thanks!
