For the past 4 years, we have been able to use "on demand" and then select "free movies" and we have watched free movies. Now when we try to select "free movies," we have to subscribe to Netflix (and pay more money beyond the hundreds of dollars we pay each year) to watch it. I have spent hours on the phone with Comast. I get a different story from each person 1. There is a problem with your server 2. If certain networks charge money, you just have to pay.
