I am having the exact same issues as all of the other people on this thread and the other 4 or 5 threads about this issue.I cannot pause any device or inact parental controls on any device. I have had 2 phone conversations with the xfinity help line as well as a chat in xfinity help. You would think that for as many customers are posting, and are upset with this feature not working - xfinity would be on top of this with a patch to repair the issue. This feature is on reason I picked xfinity. It is not working for me. I'm going to cancell xfinity and go with my second choice. Why can this be fixed??
