So this is a really frustrating problem, every time I try to view my account details it automatically takes me to the Xfinity wifi page, and on top of that I was told that I wouldn't have to use the passes to use the hotspot when I signed up for service today, but it doesn't allow me to use the hotspot without one.(my home connection doesn't work, and I have to wait two days to get it serviced. I'm not complaining about that part as much.) It's just really inconvenient that I can't seem to use the service that I signed up for.
