The box i received is model # PR150BNM and upon hooking it up i noticed that i was unable to access any of the X1 services. When i started a chat with a customer service representative they kept saying that it was X1 compatible, but i don't think they knew what i was talking about. Am i correct in assuming that this is an outdated box that isn't X1 compatible? Does it cost more money to have an X1 compatible box?
