Please add me to the list of disappointed customers who are experiencing the streaming error. I believe that as the app tries to connect that it is also using an insane amount of data (Comcast recently snuck a data cap onto our account). If we leave the app open the streaming three dots will sometimes connect to the guide. We feel lucky until we hit watch and immediately get the Error DRM.-3.
Random automated phone calls checking to see if there is still a service issue without actually providing any service only validates in my mind that I am being charged for a service that they are clearly not able to provide consistently yet. This has been going on for 4 months now. I am planning to switch providers if it is not resolved.
