Can't make changes to my account or devices. Anytime I try to make any change it states. Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Please contact the account owner to continue. I am and have always been the only user on my account. Ive been on the phone with support for three hours (TWICE!) but no one was able to assist me with this issue. Heavily considering just cancelling my service and looking at other options.
