So I just called on this issue and had it fixed. First ensure that all profiles you are having difficulty with are set to Bedtime mode off. No settings to be used. Then, call Comcast for technical support on your internet. They (Comcast) will need to do a factory reset of your modem from their end, not you from your house. That will clear any of the rules that are in existence but you cannot see. Once it is rebooted it should work and all rules, bedtime settings are cleared. We did this last night and it seemed to work. Good luck! What a pain!!
